A Legacy Built on Trust, Accuracy, and Local History
a
Our roots in New Canaan trace back to 1953, when Henry Henrici founded the Henrici Land Surveying Company. For decades, property owners, developers, and municipalities relied on land maps stamped with the traditional legend: "certified by Henrici as substantially correct."
On August 27, 1992, three long-time associates—Frank Walsh, Phil Knoche, and Larry Rizzo—purchased the firm upon Robert Henrici’s retirement, forming RKW Land Surveying.
Operating out of the historic East Avenue office, RKW maintained the extensive map archives and carried forward the exact same commitment to precision and integrity.
Today, as a Bereczky Surveying & Mapping company, RKW Land Surveying combines its unmatched historical archive and deep local roots with expanded resources, modern technologies, and elevated survey capabilities across Fairfield County.
